How to send us a lighter for repair - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Pack the lighter securely with extra packing material (foam, plastic bubbles, newspaper, etc…) and ship the lighter in a
small box or thoroughly reinforced mailing envelope. Use whatever shipping method/company you prefer, however, we HIGHLY
recommend selecting an option that will allow you to track the shipment and obtain a proof of delivery if necessary.

Be sure to enclose a short note that clearly indicates your name and full billing/shipping address that includes a zip code and
an apartment number if applicable.
The fastest way to get your estimate is by email or fax. Please supply this information accurately, and if sending an email,
be sure to check your "spam" folder after a few days to see if our estimate got caught there. This does happen frequently and
you can avoid it by setting your spam settings to accept emails from: Repairs(at)authorizedrepairservice.com ("at" being the @ sign).
Also BRIEFLY describe the problem you are having with the lighter. If you are sending us a lighter for warranty repair, a copy
of your previous repair invoice or sales receipt is necessary. All our repairs offer a 90-day warranty. Dunhill lighters offer
a 1-year warranty.
Once we receive the lighter, we will send you a written estimate by regular mail, email, or both (please indicate your preference).
We do not call with estimates. Estimates usually are sent to you within 72 hours of our receipt of your lighter.
Repair times are 2-3 weeks from the date of payment for your repair. All lighters are shipped back via UPS Ground insured.

Please be patient with regard to the receipt of your estimate as we receive several hundred repairs per week and
it can be very difficult to locate your repair before it is entered into our system.
For Payment we accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Credit card payments cannot be accepted by phone, but can be
used to pay for your repair by our secure online payment system or by fax (828-693-3213 - be sure to include the exp date of the card and
all numbers WRITTEN CLEARLY - Please do not sign your name where it would cover your credit card numbers).
We also accept personal checks, money orders or main-in credit card information. Whatever your preference.
